Despite her efforts to maintain a stable home environment and fulfill the child's needs, the unexpected financial burden has left her unable to pay her full rent by June 1st. Given that this will be her first complete month in the residence, she is afraid to disrupt the relationship with her new landlord. Any financial assistance available to help her maintain stability for the child during this transition would be greatly appreciated.

i have a ct pretty fresh with me and she is right now on a workmen's compensation claim which is just not enough to support her family on. She gets only $1620 a month and has sober living, rides, and groceries to pay for when she cant work. My ct is asking for any help as she owes a friend of hers with a taxi service $475 for rides they have been giving her really for the past year for free . She needs to continue getting rides from them while in drug court and feels really bad owing them that much but still needing the rides. My ct also was somehow told she does qualify for food stamps and needs help with groceries any amount will help of either one as she is really upset that she get a job right now fresh from hip and other surgeries are not allowing her to work. She needs help in a bunch of different ways but thought food and transportation were the most important ones for now. If we could get some giftcards for gas or pay the taxi business friend directly she would be very appreciative.

Child is developmentally and intellectually delayed and is moving to an adult residential facility. Child needs groceries for her new home. Child is needing the basic food essentials. Child likes most anything such as fruit, ramen noodles, grilled cheese, sandwiches, etc. Any easy meal items would be helpful.

Dear Team Sherry, this is our final update! Sherry, Kaya, and Kennedy are packing and preparing for the big move at the end of June. Kaya and Kennedy will move into their grandfather’s home in Yorba Linda and commute to Saddleback College. Kennedy graduated high school, got her permit, and will have her license soon. Kaya is carefully planning her transfer to Fullerton College in another year. Cameron remains in New York and is doing well. Sherry will be moving to Nevada to live with a longtime friend. It’s an emotional shift after many years living together, but this past year has been a gift. Thanks to your support, Sherry provided a stable home, helped Cameron begin a new path, supported Kaya’s growth, and celebrated Kennedy’s graduation all in their family home. While the family will no longer live together, they’re ending this chapter with something meaningful: Sherry, Kaya, and Kennedy will all serve as volunteers at Royal Family Kids Camp in late June. It’s a full-circle moment, as giving back to other foster families has always been a passion of theirs. The client is seeking assistance with her South Central Power bill, which is scheduled for disconnection on June 3, 2025, due to a past-due balance of $349.60. She is able to contribute $100 toward the amount owed.

The client recently experienced significant hardship, including a divorce followed by a car accident that was not her fault. As a result, she was temporarily unable to work and fell behind on her bills. She has since returned to full-time employment and now has a sustainable income.

There is a Neighbor's Ministry Mom that we have been working with for awhile that is in need of groceries. She experienced the unexpected loss of a child and has been dealing with a huge amount of grief which has been paralyzing at times. She is having trouble with her food stamp benefits and with her daughter out of school now for the summer, is in need of groceries to give them a strong start to the summer while she sorts out her food benefits.
