Grandfather is asking for help obtaining clothes for the children to ensure they have appropriate fitting items. The son wears size 5/6 shirt, 5 slim pants. The Girls are in size 10 shirt 12 pants. The family is open to gently used items as well. Helping the family with obtaining fitting clothes will ensure the children continue to be in appropriate attire.

Hello, I am working with a single mother of 4 children (1-17 years old) on getting her vehicle fixed. Mother was unable to get children to school at the end of the year and family has been struggling with daily activities without reliable transportation. Family is currently using the bus transit when absolutely needed otherwise they walk or just stay at home. I was able to reach out to Grace Mobile Repair for a free diagnosis and this is the diagnosis and cost I received for the family: Three things need fixed on the car. The brakes need bled. This means the brake fluid is not running all the way to the brakes so the brakes won't function appropriately. The second item is a new battery. The third is a canister purge solenoid. These things should get car up and running. Brake fluid- we have extra we can use and labor will be donated

DHS is working with a family with an 8yr old girl and 3yr old boy. The children are residing with family. The 8 year old loves art and has asked for mechanical pencils, acrylic markers, and sketchbooks to further her art and give her some things to do during the summer.

DHS is working with a mother and her 7 year old son. The child is currently in foster care. The child has had a recent growth spurt, DHS and the foster parent would ask for help with obtaining size 7/8 tan pants/shorts, polo shirts red, navy blue, forest green to assist with the upcoming school year uniforms. Helping the family with obtaining fitting uniforms will ensure the child remains within compliance to the terms of school.

I am currently working with a youth on my caseload who is wanting to engage with the American Driving Academy to get her permit! This request would help pay for the driving classes and for the driving test that she would take at the end. This youth is excited about gaining independence and having the skills needed without expecting her foster parents to do all the heavy lifting for the learning curve. Thank you!

Mom has a child on the spectrum, so it is hard to find good day care. She is home with the kids until she can get services. That being the case, a kitchen table will help for the family's meals and for the kids to sit at and do activities. It will help the apartment to feel more like home. ALL THE ITEMS NEEDED ARE AVAILABLE FROM RISE CHURCH CP INVENTORY. NO FURTHER DONATIONS ARE NEEDED.

A lady in a senior housing complex is in need of furniture and dishes for her apartment. She only has a bed and a tv. She is in need of dishes, sofa, table with chairs.

A mom at the apartments where we serve is in need of a bed. She has been having major issues with her back due to sleeping on her sofa. She does not work and cares for her disabled son. She is in need of a bed and dresser. Anything you can do to assist will be greatly appreciated.

A member of our church is in need of assistance with his family's utility bill. This family has 6 children all under the age of 12. Both parents are employed and hardworking. Meeting this need will help alleviate this church family from this financial burden!
