This is an emergency placement of 3 children with a single aunt who has two of her own children

The three children came with nearly nothing.

The most immediate needs that will help bring normalcy and stability to the aunt and the five children are: clothing and school supplies

The sizes include: 3 YO-3T in everything 11 YO-small top and 3 in juniors jeans 13 YO- small/medium top and 3 in juniors jeans (BOTH teens need bras and underwear BADLY)

Gift cards may be easier so that the children/teen can shop for their own clothing and school supplies.

A family of 6 where the children were recently returned to their parent's care and custody, is in need of a refrigerator. The family's refrigerator was found no longer in working order this morning. The family is currently utilizing ice and buckets to store their perishable food items. The family is also asking for assistance with delivery as well. Assistance with this need will enable the family to store their groceries in a safe and appropriate way and will provide the father with assistance in getting the appliance into the home.

Parent is participating in SafeCare services as required by her safety plan with CPS and does not have a car seat for her daughter. This is something that is needed to safely transport. The family needs 1 car seat. The child is 19lbs and 26in. Family is very low income and is also requesting some additional items such as a walker and toys(ABC bath toys and shape sorter toy).

The home the family is living in was sold by the owner. If the family is able to get assistance with the deposit, they will be able to obtain a new residency. The family has been in St. Louis Hospital with their child and have used their savings for expenses.

Good afternoon. I am requesting some assistance for parents needing help to cover part of their electric bill. They have found themselves a little short on funds this month. The father has been looking for employment and has attended several interviews. He has not heard back from anyone though. They would appreciate if they could get help with at least $100 of the bill which is $228. I have a copy of the bill with all the details needed for someone to help cover a portion of it.

A lady in a senior housing complex is in need of furniture and dishes for her apartment. She only has a bed and a tv. She is in need of dishes, sofa, table with chairs.

A mom at the apartments where we serve is in need of a bed. She has been having major issues with her back due to sleeping on her sofa. She does not work and cares for her disabled son. She is in need of a bed and dresser. Anything you can do to assist will be greatly appreciated.

A member of our church is in need of assistance with his family's utility bill. This family has 6 children all under the age of 12. Both parents are employed and hardworking. Meeting this need will help alleviate this church family from this financial burden!

We have an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of a single mother and her two young children. She’s working hard to provide for her family, but it’s tough to keep up with laundry when she can’t get to the laundromat. 
Right now, they’re sleeping on mattresses on the floor, and she’s seeking gently used washer and dryer units to ensure her kids have clean clothes. Additionally, bed frames would help restore their dignity and self-esteem.

I am requesting funding to help a 14 year old girl attend summer camp. She currently lives with her mother and older brother who is experiencing job and housing insecurity. The older brother is in and out of the home as he deals with staying out of the gang life. Despite all that she is dealing with this young lady continues to maintain her grades in school and a positive outlook on her situation. Attending camp will give this young lady a much needed reprieve from the current home situation and give her the encouragement that she needs to continue building on personal resilience and independence.
