The child is 16 years old and lives with his parents. He has mental health issues and low coping skills. He is pending charges and possible placement in a residential treatment facility. He is currently in the home with the parents and has expressed interests in working with animals, cooking, playing piano and gardening. Looking for any assistance with possible classes/opportunities for him to explore these interests.

A new mom connected to the CTI Family just welcomed a sweet baby girl. Baby and mom are facing some very challenging circumstances, and CTI F.A.M. wants to bless and support them as they navigate unexpected hardships.

A single mother and her three girls ages 16 and twin 10 year olds have recently have had a struggle with getting rid of bed bugs. The mother has minimal family and financial resources. They are in desperate need of items to help prevent the spread of the bugs to the new mattresses being donated to them after treating the bugs in the home. The family is in desperate need of:

• 1 Queen mattress bag and 1 Twin mattress bag to transport the old beds out of the home without the bugs being spread
• 3 Twin bed bug covers for the new beds
• 2 Full bed bug covers (one for the child’s mattress and the other for the box spring)
• Bed bug bombs to bomb the whole house
• 1 twin metal bed frame and 1 full metal bed frame

Despite the family struggles, they have been working with the Department well and working hard themselves to clean up the condition of the home. If they could receieve some assistance with these items, they would be truly grateful for the assistance towards a bug free home.

We have a mother with seven children ages 16, 15, 13. 12 , 8, 4 and 3 is need of some help from the community. The family has a limited income. The mother helps the elderly who cannot afford care the community, but has been struggling with bed bugs for over a year. She has made her own bed frames for the children. The children’s fathers are not helping the mother. She recently left a domestic violence relationship and she has been residing with her father. Her father (the children’s grandfather) is in remission from cancer, but this has not stopped him from helping those in the community (elderly and on a limited income) and he continues to cut their grass weekly free of charge.

The mother is asking for help with the following items: • New Beds for the children and bed bug covers

Any help would be wonderful for this family who also gives back to the community themselves. The mother does not have many supports and is willing to accept help that would be given.

A Marion County shelter has occurred as to a 3-year-old male whose caregiver is in need of a toddler bed, toddler mattress, and sheets. This would assist the caregiver in providing appropriate and safe sleeping arrangements while the child is in her care as the parents are engaging in a reunification case plan.

We have a young man that has been through a lot in the past two years he has been in care. He has made some poor choices and he's made some wonderful choices along the way. Right now he has decided that once he ages out, he would like to join the military and he feels that the best path for him from here to there is to attend Thunderbird Academy. He impressed everyone at his interview and has been accepted for admission and he will begin attending on July 20. Thunderbird has provided us with an extensive and extremely specific list of clothing items and supplies that he will need to bring with him. Any help that can be provided in obtaining these items for him would be incredibly appreciated. I can provide details to anyone interested. Thank you so much!

We have a family in the church that has recently taken a kinship placement of their niece who is 18 months old. They are in need of a convertible car seat. If you have one to give or would like to help purchase one please let me know. Lets wrap around this family and bless them.

There is an individual within the church that coaches underprivileged children that is in need of athletic gear / shoes / cleats for a few of the children in order for them to remain active in sports this summer and throughout the upcoming school year.. mainly he is in need of basketball shoes any sizes and size 12.5 men's cleats and tennis/ basketball shoes. If u have any kids or adult shoes for males new or used in good condition that u would like to donate please please reach out these kids are desperately needing these to continue with the well-being of their athletic abilities not to mention being active in sports helps with the mental well being of our children in today's society

Grace Bible has been connected with a family currently in the adoption process who is in need of assistance. The caregiver has taken placement of his brother’s two children, and the family is moving towards adoption. They have requested assistance with a portion of their electric bill this month. The family has paid a portion of the bill, but has requested assistance with covering the remaining portion.

A single mom has secured housing mid July. She has 3 young children. She currently is employed and is attending a Bible study regularly. She has mentors set up to walk with her moving forward. She has saved and is 400 short on initial move in expenses.
