At just one year old, she’s already lived through more change than any child should. Removed from a home that couldn’t keep her safe, she entered foster care before her first birthday. But hope arrived in the form of a relative — a grandmother who stepped in, determined to give her the love and stability she deserves.

Now reunited, the little one is thriving. She’s learning to walk, giggling at peek-a-boo, and clinging tightly during nap time. Her world is slowly becoming safe and familiar — a place where she can grow.

But even in this loving home, there's one small need that hasn’t yet been met: a dresser. Right now, her clothes are folded into bags and boxes on the floor. It’s not ideal, but her caregiver is doing everything she can on a fixed income.

What’s needed is simple — a sturdy dresser to store her tiny shirts, onesies, and socks. A place just for her things. A small gift that would make a big difference, bringing order, dignity, and comfort to this little girl’s new beginning.

This is more than a piece of furniture — it’s a sign that she belongs, that her new chapter is filled with care.

A single mom with two children has been struggling with her family and being able to work. She had a great job but had to leave because of needing to take care of a family member with some medical issues. Since then she has been trying to find a place for her children to go so she can try to get back to work. She found one place and was sending them but her assistance changed and she was trying to do a payment plan to pay it all back. They want it all in one lump sum before the children can go back. If she can get a little help with that back pay she can get her kids in the camps and get back to work to get their lives back on track. Any help is appreciated

62239047- Support Needed for Grandmother Caring for Four Grandchildren with Autism

A devoted and loving grandmother has stepped up as the full-time caregiver for her four grandchildren, whose ages range from 4 to 12 years old. Despite being retired and living on a fixed income, she took them in without hesitation, driven by her deep love and commitment to their well-being.

All four children are on the autism spectrum, and while the grandmother is doing everything she can to provide them with a nurturing and supportive home, she is in urgent need of assistance. Her biggest concern right now is their safety while playing outside. The backyard is currently unfenced, which poses a serious risk, as the children may wander off into the street—something she constantly worries about.

The family is asking for help with getting a secure gate or fence installed around the backyard. This would allow the children to play freely and safely while giving their grandmother peace of mind. A fenced area would be a tremendous blessing and would significantly improve the quality of life for these children and their caregiver.

Any assistance—whether through donated materials, installation help, or funding toward this safety need—would mean the world to this family. They are incredibly grateful for any and all support they receive.

Single parent household - father passed away and family is limited to one income. Family is in need of groceries, paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, etc.) and cleaning products.

This family lost their housing earlier in the year and have been living with a family member. In total, there are 11 people living in the home. This family at our school has 2 adults and 2 kids and are in need of groceries.

Mom with 2 children, ages 5 and 13 is having financial difficulty due to being out of work and food stamp scam. She has been in training for a job at a new Sheetz near her home, but employment has been delayed due to delay of the opening. She does have cleaning jobs on the side, but this doesn't provide a lot of income. She lost $975 in food stamps due to a recent scam. Her critical need at this time is for her electric bill to be paid to prevent disconnection. She needs $1395 to pay in full.

A brave mom in our church community has endured years of physical and emotional abuse. Just four days after undergoing a double mastectomy for breast cancer, her husband threatened her with a weapon. She fled for her safety, obtained a restraining order and filed for divorce. They share two daughters, ages 9 and 3. Her husband is now seeking full custody of their daughters and he’s spreading false claims to their 9 year-old that her mom doesn’t want to see her. This has caused deep emotional trauma for their daughter. While the court has ordered joint custody for now, mother and the 9 year old daughter are in reunification counseling, which costs $1,000 a month paid by the mom alone. The father, who is on disability for severe mental illness, lives with his parents, who are covering his legal fees. He pays no child support or alimony. Meanwhile, the mom is also on disability during cancer treatment and receives just 30% of her salary. She’s facing mounting legal fees in her fight to protect and reunite with her daughters. She is currently $1,100 short on rent due to a recent attorney payment. She needs urgent financial support to cover her rent. This young man is a junior in high school. The student lives between his parents house and grandparents house. His grandmother has been experiencing some health challenges since that end of last year and this has taken a noticeable on this young man. The added cost of medical expenses for grandmother has left nothing to go towards extra curricular activities. As a result the student has begun to sell snack items at school to help support himself. This young man would benefit greatly by attending summer camp and be encouraged in his pursuit of high school graduation. This opportunity would be a light at the end of a very dark for this young man and serve as a reminder that hard work pays off not just in the future but now.

This request is on behalf of a 17 year old high school student. This student is the oldest of 4 siblings and currently lives with their mother and father. The mother is not involved in the student's life and leaves the majority of the day to day responsibility to the father to care for and provide for the student and his younger siblings. Student does well in school and has been prioritizing his grades and school work. The student has expressed interest in going to summer camp but does not have the funds to attend. Attending summer camp would give the student much needed encouragement to continue to work hard towards his future goal of playing football at the college level.

I am submitting this request on behalf of a high school female with special needs. The family recently moved from out of state and was staying at a local shelter before being placed in permanent housing. The family consist of mother, father and 4 children. All the children have varying disabilities. Currently mother is the only income earner for the family. This young lady would greatly benefit from attending summer camp where she can participate in age appropriate activities with her peers and get specialized support from a camp counselor. This will also allow for the mother and father to have a reprieve while they attend to the needs of the other children.
