Alejandro is a resilient 14-year-old boy diagnosed with ADHD, learning disabilities, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Abandoned by his father at just three months old, he has grown strong with the unwavering support of his mother. Despite facing her own challenges, including symptoms of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome, a learning disability, and PTSD from past domestic violence, she remains Alejandro's steadfast ally.
Together, they live with nine others under difficult conditions and are urgently seeking a place to call their own. A past eviction order for $3,000 poses a significant obstacle, but his mother is determined and willing to invest $900 each month in rent. We are requesting assistance to help pay off the eviction order or to find a stable place to live. Alejandro's mother assures that she wants to contribute to addressing this debt as well.
