I am reaching out to request summer clothing support for a 15-year-old boy through our early prevention program, who is being cared for by a relative to prevent foster care. As we prepare for the warmer months, we are hoping to receive a few essential items to ensure he is comfortable and confident this season. He is in need of the following clothing items: • Hoodies (for cooler evenings) • T-shirts (Boys size Medium) • Jeans (Size 14) • Nike shoes (Men’s size 7.5)

A single mother of two small children that is also expecting a new child in August who is in need of some assistance. Mom is unemployed at this time as she moves closer to her due date of the new baby. Her oldest daughter is need of a car seat were she has out grown her current seat. She is a 48 lb. toddler.

This family is in need of a few essential items to help create a safe and comfortable environment for their children. The mother stays at home to care for their two young children, while her husband works to provide for the family and cover their household expenses.

They are seeking assistance with a crib and crib sheets for their infant son. In addition, the family would greatly benefit from a carpet or rug for the room where the children sleep, as the space currently has only a bare concrete floor. Providing these items would help improve the living conditions for the children and ease some of the financial strain the family is experiencing.

Carroll county has a family that we just sent a bunk bed to but did not realize that mattresses were needed as well. We need two twin mattresses for this children that were placed back with there mom so that they can have safe sleep. I have created a wish list on amazon if you can help please let me know.

The children have just been placed with a relative. They were unable to bring their beds from their previous placement because of poor home conditions. Their new placement is unable to purchase beds as they are a single person that has just started a new job. They are determined to keep the children together and out of foster care, but the financial strain of suddenly having three children to provide for is going to be a challenge. We are requesting two twin beds (frames and mattresses) for the 11 and 13 yr. old boys. The boys will also need sheets, pillows, mattress protectors, and blankets.

We have two brothers who attend NKT, one is 12 years old and the other is 8. They need beds to sleep in. We have listed the need as two twin beds but would also gladly accept bunk beds. If no actual beds are donated here, we will look for good-quality previously owned beds on Facebook Marketplace.

We have a dear NKT family of 6 (mom, grandma, and 4 children) who do not have beds to sleep in nor living room furniture to sit on. We want to bless this family by outfitting their home with these furniture items. We will look for good quality, previously owned items on Facebook Marketplace.

A single mom going through a divorce is trying to become financially independent. She currently makes very little income, and needs assistance to help pay for gas so she can drive her children to school and different activities while she looks for work.

Glocal provides for the physical needs for a new baby to be welcomed through a baby shower. We are currently out of the baby bath sets that include baby shampoo, baby lotion and diaper cream. Many stores sell these as a set or we can use the individual items and gift them to these moms that are usually having their first baby in the US. so far this year, Glocal has given showers or made deliveries to over 40 moms and we have 5 coming up next week. this will support us through the end of the summer.
