There is a family in need of financial assistance to help with housing stabilization. Single mother with two toddlers who needs assistance with paying her rent for the month of July. She is behind 250$.

This child was recently reunified with her father. The family vehicle has tires which are mostly bald, creating safety concerns when it rains. Daily use of this vehicle is required for the father's work and to transport the child to and from daycare and family homes.

I am working with a mother in recovery who recently got a job as a CNA at the hospital. She also just got a new apartment for her and her son. She does not have the extra money to purchase scrubs for her new job and is relying on washing 1 pair between shifts. She wears a 3X for tops and a 2X for bottoms. They can be any solid color and any brand.

I wanted to ask if we could put a care portal request for the family for a fridge. The Specifications of the fridge they currently have are 35.5 inches wide 71.5 inches tall and depth of the fridge 23 and 32 inches deep. The family is unable to purchase a fridge on their own due to prioritizing mother's medical needs and medication costs.

We have a youth with who we are trying to make a Kinship placement however this is being hindered due to an outstanding bill with Penn Foster. This will keep the youth from entering in a general school sitting as well. And assistance to help reduce this bill would be greatly appreciated (policy hinders the department from covering this support)
