We are working with a victim of human trafficking. She is trying to get on her feet, and is in the process of leaving an abuser. They have been stealing her belongings, making it difficult to gain stability. She has no income, currently, but is working on gaining employment. She recently purchased a new tire for her car, but the person who sold it to her gave her a bad tire. Brian Best assessed her car today and said that all four tires should be replaced, but for now we are requesting assistance with the FR and BR tires. Brian is able to do the alignment and replace the tires, if someone could provide the funds for the mentioned repairs, it would be appreciated.

Three children, currently sleep on air mattresses. The mattresses become deflated often and the children end up on the floor by morning time, disrupting their sleep when they have to be well rested for school. Mother has made attempts to patch the holes and at times has had to purchase new air mattresses as they are more affordable than purchasing and actual mattress and bed. The mother is a single parent and is currently not working as she is trying to stabilize her children's lives. The mother is trying to enroll in school to be able to start a career and get a better job to provide for her children. The mother is looking to go back to work, but she has to find a new location as the father continues to look for the mother and there is a restraining order.

$91.45 for remaining church camp balance Brief description: Caregivers are requesting $91.45 to help cover the remaining balance for her 11-year-old grandson’s Youth Summer Camp with Future SD. As a Kinship caregiver, has taken on the responsibility of providing care and stability for her grandson. The YMCA Kinship Support Program was able to contribute $358.55 toward the total camp cost of $450.00. However, the remaining balance of $91.45 is still a financial challenge for the family. This support would allow her grandson to participate fully in a safe, enriching summer camp experience while also helping Jacqueline maintain financial stability as she continues to meet the needs of her kinship placement.

The mother serves as the primary caregiver for both the children and the father, who along with managing ongoing medical conditions. As the main provider for the household, the mother is facing increased difficulty meeting the family's needs. This family we have helped before. She was removed from an abusive home and moved into Covington with her children and has struggled to make ends meet. Her apartment is now asking her to leave, but she has secured a place in Clifton but needs help moving some things to her new place. She has 2 children and has a very hard medical diagnosis that has been keeping her bills high. She will need a truck or trailer to haul some things. I have this valued at $10 because it's not really a monetary need. She has also requested to have someone sit with her to help her work out her financial budget. She is really doing her hardest to take care of her family.

Single mother of two was recently laid off due to her not having childcare. The mother was taken five-year-old child to work with her to continue to make ends meet. She is a recent divorce, and former husband is not willing to help. Family is facing eviction June 25, 2025, if mother doesn’t pay pass due rent ($1,192) and late fees.
