Support Needed for a Pregnant Teen in Foster Care A teenager recently entered foster care with almost no personal belongings. We're seeking help to provide essential items to bring comfort, dignity, and stability during this difficult transition. This teen is starting over with very little. Mom and Dad, are a young couple with three children of their own. Until recently, Mom was stay at home, and dad was the sole provider for the household. In a tremendous act of love and responsibility, dad has also stepped up to become the provisional foster parent of his 4 younger siblings. These siblings came into his care due to severe environmental neglect, and arrived with virtually no personal belongings. Taking in four additional children has severely impacted the families finances. With costs on the rise, the family has fallen behind, and this has made it difficult to purchase essential household items. They are asking for help with furniture so that each child can have a designated space of their own- a small but powerful step in helping these children feel safe, secure, and truly at home.

Single mother of three children is in need of assistance with delinquent car payments. The parent has a child with developmental and mental health needs. She is the sole provider to this child and two siblings while working and attending college full time. This family has no other support from family, friends, or the children's father.

This caregiver is having trouble affording the rent of the home she is currently living in, as her former roommate backed out of moving in and left her with the full responsibility of the lease. Due to recent issues with her Autistic child, she had to miss work and fell behind on her car and house payments. Paying for her car loan to be brought current will allow her to have stable transportation for her and the children, as well as give her a fresh start on the remainder of her financial responsibilities.

Details of payment info will be provided to Connecting Church who takes the lead on this request. Funding is already secured. We just need a church to bless the family with making the car payment over the phone.

I have been working with a youth whose Nintendo Switch Lite recently got corrupted. Youth uses the device for emotional regulation, and skill building. Youth has also come a long way in his recovery process and has made significant strides in working through trauma. Youth has actively been working on goals. Youth has been trying to save up money but given the cost of those things, that can take forever, I would like to see this youth's efforts are being seen.

A singe mother of 2 with the 7 year old who has epilepsy and requires specialized treatment. During the last two months the younger child required multiple doctors visits and specialty visits to Stanford Children's Neurosurgery Center. This has put a major financial strain and hardship on the mother. With additional unforeseen costs of travel, medical bills, prescription costs, and lost time from work. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated to help this family with this urgent need as they are facing eviction. We would like to help reduce any additional stress that would trigger any seizures episodes from occurring from having to move. Your help will keep this young family from becoming unhoused. Hello This request is to support a family of 7 and soon to be 8 with a newborn on the way. Family recently moved from Ohio to Colorado Springs and have been living off and on in a Van since April 25th . Food, Clothing and Housing are the major needs at this time .
