This family is in need of a few essential items to help create a safe and comfortable environment for their children. The mother stays at home to care for their two young children, while her husband works to provide for the family and cover their household expenses.

They are seeking assistance with a crib and crib sheets for their infant son. In addition, the family would greatly benefit from a carpet or rug for the room where the children sleep, as the space currently has only a bare concrete floor. Providing these items would help improve the living conditions for the children and ease some of the financial strain the family is experiencing.

Carroll county has a family that we just sent a bunk bed to but did not realize that mattresses were needed as well. We need two twin mattresses for this children that were placed back with there mom so that they can have safe sleep. I have created a wish list on amazon if you can help please let me know.

Carroll county has two boys ages 11y/o and 8y/o is placed with family through a Voluntary Kinship. Although the two boys have a close bond, they are having to share a full bed to sleep in at night. Their wish is to have a bunk bed, where they can have their individual space but still be close to one another and still share a room. The boys will need the bed, mattresses and bed coverings. The 8 y/o boy is rough on shoes, specifically crocs. He loves crocs and is in need of new ones. I have created an amazon wish list so that this ships directly to the boys. This sibling group has been removed from parent's care and placed in relative care. The children have adjusted well to being there and have stable daily routines. Recently the air conditioning in the home has stopped working and the relatives do not have the funds to repair it due to the added financial strain of taking in 3 children.

With it being summer and very high temperatures looming, the family is in need of assistance with repairing the Air Conditioning unit.

Young mother recently reunified with her 2 young children. Mother does not have her own transportation. Mother reaches out for rides. Mother is getting a ride from a family member today to take the children from Marion to Carmel for an ENT appointment. Tomorrow the same family member is bringing the mother from Marion to Logansport for court. I am requesting a gas card to fill the tank of the family member for helping out the mother.

We have two brothers who attend NKT, one is 12 years old and the other is 8. They need beds to sleep in. We have listed the need as two twin beds but would also gladly accept bunk beds. If no actual beds are donated here, we will look for good-quality previously owned beds on Facebook Marketplace.

A single mom going through a divorce is trying to become financially independent. She currently makes very little income, and needs assistance to help pay for gas so she can drive her children to school and different activities while she looks for work.

Glocal provides for the physical needs for a new baby to be welcomed through a baby shower. We are currently out of the baby bath sets that include baby shampoo, baby lotion and diaper cream. Many stores sell these as a set or we can use the individual items and gift them to these moms that are usually having their first baby in the US. so far this year, Glocal has given showers or made deliveries to over 40 moms and we have 5 coming up next week. this will support us through the end of the summer.
