Parent5s lost their 2-month-old daughter on June 8th. Both parents have been navigating through the loss emotionally but are requesting support financially to cover expenses. Funeral services is set for June 30th, 2025, in New York. But the burial is set to happen in Maryland. They have 7 children that would attend the New York services, any financial support would be appreciated from the family as these are difficult time and the tragedy occurred rapidly.

We had a mom come into our clinic yesterday asking for assistance in obtaining a crib. She informed us that her husband recently lost his job and are struggling economically. They have decided to have their youngest daughter sleep in the same bed as mom and dad. She is worried that her daughter will fall out of bed and would like a crib as soon as possible to restore peace within mom's heart.

Sibling set of four moved in with grandparents to help preserve cultural connections. Grandparents recently moved to a larger space to accommodate the youths.

This mom continues to work her hardest to provide for her family, which includes a son who has Autism that has appointments that she also maintains. This mom is working closely with a doctor to find a pain management remedy that will take her off work restrictions and allow her to work full time once again. Her employer is holding her job while she works on this. This mom does a great job managing the stress of being a single mom, and needs a little help with this financial burden while she works on healing herself. This youth is a client of Regional Center living independently for the first time in his life. This youth has faced tremendous challenges, including the death of his mother a few years ago, and his father's paralysis. He has been in the system for many years, but he has finally managed to earn his high school diploma and obtain housing. He is currently searching for employment and working on removing barriers in his life to do so.

This youth needs support with basic household necessities, including toiletries, bath mats, and curtains.

A group of single moms are invited to get together and meet other ladies in the church. We would like to cover the cost of their ice-cream for this event.

We have been connected to a family who is fostering through DHHS. This foster family has placement of 3 little children (ages from 4-8) that they are in the process of adopting. They had their washing machine and air conditioning break down in the same week and only had the funds to replace one, so they prioritized the air conditioning for the summer heat wave we had this past week. The family had a high capacity 5.3 cu-ft top-load washing machine to be able to meet with laundry demands of their family and would like their replacement to have a similar capacity and similarly top-loading. The youngest child has some higher needs and frequently wets the bed which requires regular use of a washing machine for larger bedding items. The family consulted a technician who reported the costs of the repair for the washing machine would be at least $800 and the technician recommended buying a new one over paying for repairs. The listed cost is for a 5.3 cu-ft top-load with delivery from Lowe's.

A mom and her five children urgently need to relocate due to an escalating domestic violence situation. After leaving an abusive relationship four years ago and working hard to build a stable life, her safety has once again been compromised. She has made the decision to move to another state where she has supportive family and has already secured permission to transfer her housing voucher and end her current lease.
