Story
Mother, Alyssa Hudson, is the primary caregiver to her 4children and has been a majority of her life. Recently, Alyssa and her family were met with hardship that left them unhomed and living in mother and maternal grandmother’s car. Alyssa has demonstrated unmatched resilience when it comes to her ability to continue caring for and meeting the needs of her children while also ensuring her children’s safety and well-being. Since the start of the investigation, Alyssa has utilized her social network, DES, DCS, and community resources to maintain and better her and her children’s life. At this time, Alyssa has found work and her youngest children attend daycare for a majority of the day, however, the A/C in the car they are residing in recently blew out and Alyssa needs assistance in buying the parts to repair her car. At this time, Alyssa only needs the parts are her brother is a mechanic and able to do the work for free. In helping repair Alyssa's A/C, she is able to continue meeting the basic needs of her children and keep them safe during the hot Arizona summer.
