Preventing Homelessness for a family in need of deposit to move into new home.

Resource is the child's best friend's mother. Child is a 14-year-old female who recently lost her father and her grandmother. Child went to live with her best friend's mother as a fictive kinship placement. Resource was recently granted guardianship and can use any help that is available. Child did not come to her home with any of her belongings, so all help is greatly appreciated!

Mother lost employment recently and has been living off of her savings. Mothre is resilient in ensuring stability for her child. Mother is seeking half of rental assistance in the amount of 1375. Mother has pending employment start date of August 1 and is seeking secondary employment. Mother is willing and eager to ensure housing is continued especially since the school year starts in August. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Please help a mother who is in need of some household items. The mother is tirelessly looking for employment but hasn't found anything yet. The mother is in need of some items to help her get by until she finds employment. Items needed: Trash can, cleaning supplies, toothbrushes, dish soap, laundry detergent, hygiene products. A caregiver who recently took placement of a child is in need of assistance with obtaining school clothes for the child. The caregiver is doing a great job of caring for the child's needs however, with bills, added daycare expenses and groceries the caregiver is in need of assistance with ensuring the child has everything he needs for this upcoming school year. The child wears size 13/14 in pants and shirts and is size 5/5.5 in shoes. Any assistance is appreciated. Thank you!

I have a family on my case with multiple youth who are placed in different homes. They do not have access to technology and are only able to communicate during sibling visits once a month. They have shown interest in becoming pen pals and writing postcards to the other sibling. I am looking for anyone willing to supply 2 postcard stamp books to help the family get started in this process

Mother had her items stolen, including her phone. She has been working hard to get back on her feet for the sake of her daughter. A previous mom we helped some time ago has stated the bed we gave is now worn. A photo was provided to show that. She would appreciate a twin bed for her son (mattress and box springs and rails, or platform frame) and a comforter. This will help her son to get the sleep he needs to be healthy and feel secure.

A family of 5 is in need of a bed for their oldest son. He is in high school and is need of a full-sized bed. The family has suffered a few set backs and are working hard to get back on their feet. Having a bed will greatly improve the quality of life for this teenage boy. Please consider helping with this need.
