Story
5 Children need a "Power of Attorney" to remain in the care of a protective caregiver. The caregiver is the only one caring for the children. The children are in a stable living environment, and are safe, and are much better now than the previous residence they resided in; however, the guardian is not able to make decisions for the children, because she cannot afford $150 for a legal document giving her permission to make decisions for the children.
Providing the funds for this document, would make it much easier for the caregiver to enroll the children in school, schedule doctors' appointments & would be useful in the event of an emergency.
