A single mom and her two teen boys recently found a new home after about 4 months of being homeless. This was the result of a very abusive situation at the hands of her ex-husband. Even though mom is working, she is facing a lot of obstacles, and the family is struggling to stay afloat and keep up with the bills. Recently their refrigerator broke and unfortunately mom is not able to get it fixed or to purchase another one. Your help is urgently needed to help this family get back up on their feet. A donation towards a new fridge would make all the difference to them!

A kinship caregiver has recently taken in two young children and is in urgent need of baby gates to help create a safe and secure environment in the home. The children are active and curious, and without proper safety barriers, the caregiver is struggling to keep them out of potentially dangerous areas such as stairways and the kitchen.

Meeting this need will: Ensure the children’s physical safety during this critical adjustment period. Help reduce stress for the caregiver, allowing them to focus on nurturing and stability. Support the success of this kinship placement and reduce the likelihood of disruption.

Mother had her items stolen, including her phone. She has been working hard to get back on her feet for the sake of her daughter. A previous mom we helped some time ago has stated the bed we gave is now worn. A photo was provided to show that. She would appreciate a twin bed for her son (mattress and box springs and rails, or platform frame) and a comforter. This will help her son to get the sleep he needs to be healthy and feel secure.

A family of 5 is in need of a bed for their oldest son. He is in high school and is need of a full-sized bed. The family has suffered a few set backs and are working hard to get back on their feet. Having a bed will greatly improve the quality of life for this teenage boy. Please consider helping with this need.

There is an individual within the church that coaches underprivileged children that is in need of athletic gear / shoes / cleats for a few of the children in order for them to remain active in sports this summer and throughout the upcoming school year.. mainly he is in need of basketball shoes any sizes and size 12.5 men's cleats and tennis/ basketball shoes. If u have any kids or adult shoes for males new or used in good condition that u would like to donate please please reach out these kids are desperately needing these to continue with the well-being of their athletic abilities not to mention being active in sports helps with the mental well being of our children in today's society
