Story
CASA has a case with a 6-year-old girl who was removed from her father after he was found to be using substances and heavily neglecting the child. She was living with bedbugs, many mice, few clothes and little food. She is now placed with a family relative, who is lower income and does not have expendable income. The child has asked to go to the Butterfly Pavilion and the Georgetown Railroad Loop, but this cost is not manageable. CASA is asking for assistance with this want (not a need) by someone providing a Visa gift card near the amount of $215, which can offset the tickets for the child and adults in the household to visit these places. Thank you!
