A 16 year old expectant mother is due with a baby in December 2021 and is currently homeless in the Denver area. She is currently living with her mother in their car and is struggling to stay warm as the nights get colder. We are hoping we can get her a couple weeks at a long term stay hotel as a stable and warm location so she can get connected to other local resources in order to be able to make decisions about her parenting plan and help both the teenage mother and the child not go into foster care. We anticipate a couple of weeks at an extended stay to be about $1,200, but any amount will help her maintain some stability.
