Special needs foster child has moved to a foster home in Camden. He did not bring his tablet as it was accidentally broken at the previous foster home. Due to the child's special needs he is very attached to the tablet and is acting out due to not having it. The child would be calmer and it would help the foster parent to have more ability to care for the other foster children in the home if this special needs child had a tablet. The tablet could be used, does not have to be expensive - just one that he can watch his shows/cartoons on.

We’re hoping to rally support for one of our students who was recently diagnosed with diabetes. He requires his blood sugar to be tested every two hours due to ongoing challenges with stabilizing his levels. Unfortunately, the specific test strips he needs are not covered by insurance, and the cost has become a heavy burden for his family.

He has run out of supplies multiple times during the school day, requiring his mom to leave work and rush to the store. We are hoping to help this family stock up on these essential test strips for the summer so that he can stay safe and healthy.

The family is doing all they can to persevere, but at this moment, they require additional support. The items and services requested are not about comfort or luxury—they are essential to the family's stability, sense of dignity, and ability to move forward. The client needs a couch, a dining table with four chairs, a television, and a stand to accommodate the television. A single mom going through a divorce is trying to become financially independent. She currently makes very little income, and needs assistance to help pay for gas so she can drive her children to school and different activities while she looks for work.

Glocal provides for the physical needs for a new baby to be welcomed through a baby shower. We are currently out of the baby bath sets that include baby shampoo, baby lotion and diaper cream. Many stores sell these as a set or we can use the individual items and gift them to these moms that are usually having their first baby in the US. so far this year, Glocal has given showers or made deliveries to over 40 moms and we have 5 coming up next week. this will support us through the end of the summer.

Mother and 4 children, (16 year old boy, 13 year old gird and 7 year old twins boy and girl) are living in a hotel room and in need of food as soon as possible.

Bio mom of 5 children just started new job after missing 7 months of work due to her young son's behavioral issues at school. He is now been diagnosed with ADHD and ODD and is receiving the help he needs. As a result of missing so much work, she is behind on some critical bills. She needs to pay $265 for a title loan on her car to prevent repossession. She also needs to pay the West End Center $280 for them to keep her kid for the summer so she can work. She is also requesting a Wal-Mart gift card to buy her kids swim trunks and shoes for their daycare as well as toiletry and household items needed.
