A single mom needs two car seats. She is trying to get her children back from the children's grandmother. The single moms car seats were thrown away by the children's grandmother because she said they were not clean. This single mom is trying to get car seats so that when the children can come home, hopefully next week, she will have a safe way to transport them. She has made mistakes and has owned up to them and has been working hard to do all the things she needs to get the children back. This single mom is working on finishing her GED, looking for a job, and better place to live to start over to make her children's lives better.

The client is a 30-year-old Hispanic female. The client is a mother of three young boys and is currently expecting another baby boy. She gave birth to her youngest child just over a year ago and now requires a double stroller to support her daily travel and caregiving responsibilities. The client is employed part-time and has expressed financial difficulty in purchasing a stroller at this time. One of the client’s therapeutic goals is to reduce stress, and engaging in regular walks has been an important self-care strategy for her. A double stroller would significantly enhance the client’s ability to care for herself and her children. It would support her in maintaining her walking routine and time spent outdoors—key elements in her stress management—while also addressing practical needs such as attending medical appointments and managing daily transportation for her children. *****NOTE: “This request is being submitted by the Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County on behalf of the client. Mom faced with an unexpected pregnancy and is due to give birth to her baby girl in July needs assistance with a stroller and a car seat and she has two more kids so the financial aspect of having another kid worried her. A mother has been working reunification with her two boys, ages 2 and 4. In order to begin overnight visits the family needs beds and bedding for the boys room. Given the age of the boys and a potential upcoming move, the family has requested two twins that can turn into bunk beds. No specific themes were requested. Foster Care Awareness Month is here and around 6,000 children are in the Oklahoma foster care system on any given day. All though we care about each one of these amazing kids we want to come alongside those that are in our community to ensure that they know they are loved, supported, and have community.

All though we may not be able to solve the foster care crisis state wide we can solve it in our community. One easy step in doing this is by supporting the foster families that have stepped up on behalf of these precious children. We are working to get 25 care totes prepared for the 25 Foster families that are in our area. These totes are a small example of how we can help support them as they go into the summer months and resources are limited. This is a community opportunity for churches, businesses, nonprofits, and individuals to make a difference. Everyone can do something and together we can make a difference.

The items that you provide can be dropped of at ReaLove in Miami May 22nd & June 5th from 1 PM - 4 PM so that the Care Totes can be assembled and distributed to the families in June.

For the first time ever, between CBC Middle School and High School Camp, we have 14 Neighbor's Ministry Students who would like to attend. This is a record number. Every one of them is a the child of an amazing Single Mom who is either working their tail off to provide for their family, or in two cases, facing serious health issues.

Our Neighbor's Ministry students have been super committed this year to attending Tutoring and/or Bible Study. Many of the Mom's are involved in our Neighbor's Mom's Bible Study as well. This is a HUGE answer to prayer as we have been working to go deeper with the Gospel with our families. However, we were not prepared for the amount of scholarships we would need this year and did not budget for it. In order to be good stewards of our budget and to give them a potentially life changing experience, would you help us cover the cost of sending them to Camp with CBC Student Ministry this summer?

I am convinced that including them in this experience an make a tremendous impact is a testament to the collaboration between Neighbor's and Study Ministry over the past few years. Our heart is that they would come to know Jesus and to be involved and discipled by both our Neighbor's Ministry and Student Ministry strengthening their Christian community and support.

I am reaching out to request your urgent assistance for a family in need. A local mother, who is currently facing an extremely difficult and traumatic situation, is in urgent need of hotel accommodations for the week.

Her 15-year-old daughter has recently been the victim of domestic violence. The young girl was severely attacked by her boyfriend and is now in critical condition. As a result, the mother is staying in a hotel nearby to be by her daughter’s side during this incredibly challenging time.

Due to the circumstances, the mother is in desperate need of support to continue staying close to her daughter while ensuring her own well-being. Your help in providing hotel accommodations would be a great blessing and relief for this family during such a heartbreaking ordeal.

A family is struggling to be able to afford the special formula their infant must have. Both parents work and have WIC but unfortunately WIC is only contracted with Similac. The infant needs Reguline Enfamil with each can costing $40 for 19.5 oz. Without assistance, they will be unable to provide the formula this infant needs to thrive.
