A recent single mom of a 2 year old and twin 9 month olds. Mom is struggling to stay on top of things after placing a temporary PFA on the dad to the twins who became threatening in a homicidal way towards mom and girls. The oldest has reintegrated back home to mom and is due to be fully out of DCF custody in December. Mom has maintained her sobriety for 3 years now. She has a great fear that she will lose all her girls due to the new report and all that has happened even though she has taken the protective measures she has needed. Mom is financially struggling with some things. This is due to the dad of the twins shutting her electricity off and mom had to get it back on; dad destroying the car she drove for work which was repo which prevents her from getting to and from work. Mom is needing assistance with some clothing items for her and her girls. Her food stamps are not yet active and is struggling with food as well. The twins are size 12 months, the oldest girl is 2T-3T. Mom doesn't know her size, she goes in and sees what fits. Everyone needs coats, shoes, and socks. The twins are still on formula - similac sensitive. And she is getting low on that. Even though she has WIC, she has to wait before she can get more.
