A natural mother is in need of a bus pass. She does not have any other form of transportation and can not afford a bus pass at this time. She is in need of this bus pass in order for her to have visits with her newborn child. They have been apart for almost 2 months now and are in desperate need to build a bond together. Providing a bus pass would be greatly appreciated and would help build the bond between a mother and her newborn child.
