Our client has guardianship of her two grandsons age 2 and 4. Both children are diagnosed with Baraitser-Winter syndrome. Due to the diagnosis the family has several in home provides for speech therapy, physical therapy and occupational therapy. Grandma is not employed as she is a full time caregiver to her grandchildren. She does not currently have reliable transportation. The 2yr old is starting potty training and the family would like a training toilet. Additionally the children do not currently have beds.
