Hello, a single mother of 4 needs help. This month she did not receive SNAP benefits so she has been paying for her 3 month old twins’ formula. She stated that she receives WIC but the twins require extra cans each month. She has called WIC to ask for more and they told her they are unable to give her more. Mom works but she doesn’t have much after paying her bills. Thank you
