Client was not sure what she was going to do with her pregnancy when she first came to A&A. She was separated from her husband and in a new relationship which is now over. client parents 4 children and shares custody of the first 3 with their father. She worked 2 jobs while pregnant and was able to figure out how to cover most expenses. She has been struggling with lack of income due to maternity leave, and her current job won’t give her full time hours until March. Now, client was given a pile of paperwork that her husband’s lawyer put together. She was instructed by her husband to fill it out as best she could and sign it to get the divorce. Client needs some legal help and Advice & Aid has found a family lawyer to assist her but the fee is $300.
