1 year old female was just yesterday placed with paternal great-grandmother due to drug/alcohol use by her parents. This grandmother already has custody of an older sibling due to CPS involvement in 2020 that involved a child fatality of a 3rd sibling. The grandmother is in need of financial assistance to help with daycare fees, until she is approved for childcare assistance.
