I have a safety plan monitor who has a 3 month old, premature baby residing in her home. Her debit and credit cards were recently stolen by someone she trusted and allowed into her home. Because of this, she had to get new cards that have not come in the mail and her electric was shut off this morning. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
