The family is currently homeless and needs cell phones to communicate with their attorneys, caseworkers and service providers. The child is currently placed in foster care and sees his family two times a week. The parents are working to attend doctor appointments that are virtual at this time and a phone would help assist the parents in attending the appointments. Providing a cell phone will create more consistent communication between the parents and providers to continue to support the family.
