This child is 3 years old and non-verbal. He was recently placed with a family friend who is financially needing help. This child came with his mother and the family friend's family to Colorado 15 days ago. The child came with nothing and the family friend is now caring for this child. The family friend has incurred additional expenses and is in the process of moving rentals which has the family's finances tied up. The family friend would greatly benefit from a grocery card to help with care for this child as well as her other 3 children in the home
