A biological father has been caring for his 7 year old daughter since infancy. The mother is not involved. Intake is involved with with father to assist in services and prevention. The child has moved with father to a few places due to housing instability which has resulted in the loss of several items of clothing and other items. She is recently enrolled back in school and is in need of additional clothes and other fun items. The father is unemployed is on disability. He is on a fixed income..
