The father recently lost his mother who left behind a house that requires a monthly mortgage payment. The loan is through a company called "Mr. Cooper". The origianl loan amount on the home was $32,874.36 and the pay off amount is $51,550.21. The amount has increased drastically due to non-payment and late fees. This family is at risk of losing their home. This mother is very close to reunify with her children but in order for the children to remain in the parents home, stable housing is imperative. This family is at risk of losing their home as they've not been able to make a payment since December 2022. The requested amount includes the principal, escrow, and intrest.
