Caregiver is in the process of adopting her niece. She has 3 biological children and has struggled since the death of her husband last year. Her car broke down on her way to work last month. She explained she was told her radiator needs to be fixed (she has already purchased radiator), gaskets need to be replaced and tune up is needed because there is water in the spark plug. She is in need of a vehicle to transport the children to school, tutoring, medical appointments and extra-curricular activities.
