A high school senior following a conflict with her adoptive family, had to leave the home for her own safety. She is currently renting a room located far away from her school as it was the only place she could afford. The problem is that she does not own a car, and does not have reliable transportation to and from school. This student is only weeks away from graduating and she does not want to miss classes and possibly jeopardize graduating. We are wanting to support her with Uber or Lyft gift cards. Based on $1 to $2/mile charge, this student could need up to $400. However, any help that you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
