Household consists of four children and one mother. The 5th child passed away in April from SIDS. The household is need of beds for the children. Natural mother has just retained employment but needs assistance to obtain safe sleeping arrangements for the children. 1 year old needs a pack and play; 3 yr old needs a toddler bed; 8 and 13 yr old needs a bunk bed.
