This youth has been in the foster care system for most of her teenage life. Parents rights were terminated and it has been a struggle for this youth to get stabilized. We were recently able to find her a kinship placement and stabilize the youth, however she has no belongings of her own. This youth turns 18 in a few months and will then be a part of the Foster Youth in Transition program and is trying to get belongings of her own. The current placement does not have a bed and this youth is sleeping on the couch currently.
