We have a youth in custody that is special needs as well as medically needy. She is transitioning to a Daily Living Home once turning 18 in August. She is in need of preserving her now group home placement with need of a TV that will be in her room with no other residents to access. She has become increasingly volatile the past few months ,as her previous TV in her room was broken. She relies on TV and electronics as a coping tool.
