Parents of 7 children need our community’s assistance with beds, bedding and clothing storage/organization. They also need someone to haul the furniture to their home as they navigate life with a large family on a low income. Both parents work outside the home however are not able to make ends meet without assistance. The children are amazing individuals with personalities as big as the day is long. They have been taught manners and social graces and are a joy to work alongside as we reunite them with their parents. The children’s ages range from newborn to 11 years of age (Boys’ ages are 11, 9, 6 and newborn; Girls’ ages are 5, 2 and 1.) They currently are in need of a toddler bed for their 5 year old daughter and the parents need a queen size bed and bed frame. They have no bedding for the beds, so queen, twin and toddler bed size bedding such as sheets, blankets and pillows are also needed. Plain colors for the bedding would be best instead of themed items. The 3 boys each have twin sized beds (bunk beds and a twin bed). If someone is able to assist with moving the beds to their home that is also a great need to be filled. This need can be met partially but selecting one item below. Every little bit helps a lot!!! Filling this need will greatly reduce the stress and anxiety of both parents as they work together to finish their treatment plans in order to keep their family together in their home.
