Child resides with dad who is a single father. Child just recently was placed with dad from living with mom. When child left moms residence, mom threw away all of child's belongings instead of giving them to the child. Dad is in the process of finding permanent housing and a job. Child is in need of shoes, socks, underwear and t shirts. Please contact worker for more information.
