Child is unable to be at home due to an unsafe sibling awaiting placement. The child is staying with his elderly grandparents, away from his home and friends. As a result he is depressed and lonely, looking for a way to meet people and become more active. He would like a one month membership to the YMCA at Long pond to keep busy.
