I have a single mother of two children who is in need of a twin bed and bed frame for her youngest child. Currently the child has been sleeping in the same bed as her mother due to not having one. Her mother currently uses a pull out couch mattress and this will not be suitable as her child continues to get older. Having a new bed for her child would truly help the families situation. The family is currently working with preventive services to prevent placement of the children. If they were to receive a bed for her youngest child it would certainly relieve some of the stress that is overwhelming the families life. With everything considered, not only could one imagine it being incredibly difficult being a single mother of two children, the family is now trying to cooperate with everything asked of them by the Department. Any assistance would be truly appreciated and utilized by the family.
