19 year old youth is living on her own and in college. She is not working at this time. She recently broke her phone and could use assistance to get another one. This youth does not have any contact with parents. Youth uses her phone to obtain bus schedules and order Uber, so her phone is extremely helpful. She has AT&T service, so if someone has an old phone, could get her a phone or provide a gift card to get one. Thank you,
