A young mother and father are in need of assistance in preparing for a new born baby. The parents have 4 boys in the home, one in which struggles with speech and development, as well as some minor medical issues. Mom is approximately 23 weeks along but has been diagnosed as at-risk in her pregnancy. Medical professionals have expressed that Mom is at risk of early labor, which brings heavy stress on the family as a whole. Mom and Dad are both very involved with all four children but struggle financially, especially with mom needing help taking care of the children, as she is limited during her pregnancy. This family does not have an extensive amount of peer support and will benefit from building community relationships as they continue with growing their family. Mom has requested assistance with obtaining an infant car seat and a portable mini crib for their baby boy.
