Single mom of 3 needs assistance. Her youngest child (5 years old), has disabilities and is medically fragile and has limited mobility. Mom works but often stated she often struggles to make ends meet. Currently she was unable to pay her phone bill so school has no way to contact her should her child have a medical emergency. She has a monthly bill of $70 with Metro PCS and also mentioned struggles with making rent at times. She is also in need of a wheelchair that can help her meet her child's needs. Currently she carries her child from the car to the class (and other places she needs to get him to) due to not having a wheelchair for her child. The wheelchair would need to have a chest harness and a seatbelt to meet his medical needs.
