We have a mother and daughter (11 years old) that have left a horrible situation, the mother has done everything she can to protect her child and relocated. The mother has a good support system with her family but could always use more community connections. Stepping out on her own after many years of having a two-income family, the child is currently in need of a dresser or cube cubby of some sort for her new bedroom to store her clothing. The mother works and has been able to provide for the necessitates needed to furnish the new apartment. She and the child have shown great resiliency and faced some pretty big struggles over the last few weeks since everything has come to light.
