Family is in need of funding for groceries in the form of a gift card to a local grocery store. The foster child in the home has faced recent hospitalization and a grocery gift card would allow the placement parent to maintain eligibility and supervision of the hospitalized child while not having to worry or stress about providing food/meals to the other children at home. A grocery gift card would allow the foster parent the ability to focus fully on the care and recovery of the foster child while still maintaining a consistent household.
