A 17-year-old boy who lives with his elderly maternal grandmother needs to obtain his driver's license. He is a very responsible teenager who goes to school regularly, has a job, is involved in multiple sports, and uses his extra time to spend it with his family. He not only needs his driver's license so that he step into adulthood properly, but he also wants to be able to visit his parents who don't live close, be able to go to school/games/work without delay waiting on other people, and be able to get his sister to and from school and other services she needs because she also lives with her paternal grandmother and she works hours that sometimes interfere with getting her to and from school.
