DCCCA is serving a single mother who is escaping a domestic violence situation and is needing to get back on her feet. Mom has never had a place of her own before and she is so excited and proud of the apartment she has found for her and her daughters. She has saved all the money she can and has community resources helping her as well. She is just short $250 for the first month's rent but she has paid the deposit to hold the apartment for the family. Helping this family get their deposit paid would be life changing for them. It will get them out of mom's friend's house and the kids will get rooms of their own for the first time.
