A 16 year old was placed in DHS custody two weeks ago due to significant neglect (medical, physical and educational), as well as substance abuse by his parents. He is the eldest of 7 siblings and all of the children were unable to take any of the belongings due to the condition of the home. The child is going to school and is living in a youth shelter but has limited clothing. He is in need of size Large clothing and a size 11.5 shoe.
