We started working with a 14-year-old girl about a year ago. Sadly, this teen had a prior history of abuse, was adopted, and then was re-abused by her adoptive mother. She is now living with another relative and things are starting to look up for her! Due to this teen’s traumatic past, she has a lot of work and healing to do. One activity she has picked up and is enjoying is boxing! We would love to find a donor who could provide her with a boxing bag and some gloves so she can continue using this activity as a healthy outlet and self-care.
