There is a urgent placement issue that needs immediate attention to avoid five children from being adopted. The relative caregiver needs assistance with rabies vaccination and license for four puppies gifted to the children for coping support, four dresser drawer, and payment assistance for two adults to live scan ,emergency kit, and fire extinguisher. These items are needed to assist the caregiver with finalizing adoption. The caregiver has a limited source of income and is unable to gather all items listed above. Although, the caregiver is having that challenge, the caregiver is able to meet the needs of the children.  Furthermore, the caregiver is committed to providing the children with a loving and safe home environment.  During my work with caregiver I have identified the following strengths: she advocate for all children inside the home, is attends to the children social emotional needs, and have a bond with all three. For these reasons, I am advocating for caregiver to have the need identified met. The main reason I am requesting this need to be fulfilled is because to assist with finalizing adoption for all the children. If the needs are not met the caregiver wont be able to finalize the children with a permanent plan.
